Pour vendre, un produit technique ou pas, il faut tout d'abord comprendre: 1. l'industrie: qui fait quoi et pourquoi ? 2. les clients: quels sont leurs problèmes ? 3. et enfin le produit que l'on vend: quels problèmes résout-il ? Seulement à partir de là on peut penser au COMMENT le produit résout-il le ou les problèmes clients ? En quoi mon produit résout-il le problème de manière diférente à celui de mes concurrents. Sans baggage technique, la courbe d'apprentissage sera un peu plus longue mais ne vous empêchera pas de vendre: j'ai moi-même vendu au moins 4 softwares sans formation technique, "technique de vente" approuvée ;)

Oui, la communication est CLE. Attention, bien communiquer commence par savoir bien écouter. Une fois que l'on sait les problèmes du client car on a bien écouté, on doit travailler sur nous afin de réstituter son problème dans un language très simple. Oui et non. Oui être passionné est idéal. Toutefois je trouve irréaliste de dire que chaque personne sera réllement passionnée par chaque software à vendre. En revanche, il faut transmettre de la motivation et optimisme. Et pour cela, chaque personne est unique mais dans mon cas j'ai remarqué que les membres de mes équipes ont besoin d'être convaincus que le produit résout des problèmes réels pour des personnes réelles: sinon, il n'y aurait plus de business ! A partir de cette empathie on peut construire la motivation, l'enthousiasme et la passion.

Ne stresse pas: oui il te faudra mobiliser plusieurs compétences en même temps, certaines que tu n'as pas forcément au début, d'où l'intérêt d'un bon leader qui saura te guider et t'épauler afin de renforcer tes capacités.
