I've met some Agile Evangelists who believe this manifesto is to be interpreted literally word by word. My take, to make it realistic in practice and embraced by organisations, is that "emphasize" eg change over planning does not mean you shouldn't plan at all, or to emphasise coding over documentation means you don't document at all outside comments within the code. A manifesto is like a utopian world. Strive for it, but don't be too hard necked about the steps going there. Otherwise the project fails because of total lack of collaboration with the project management!

One I have found interesting is that statuquo is always being disrupted because of positive change is inevitable and this affects productivity on the side of the customer and the service provider

The most important aspect is to be end-user-centric, the actual users of the product. The business analyst and the customer could work together to generate a great idea, but does that add value to the end-user? Does it make their journey simpler? Does it make their work faster? The end-user experience should take the pivotal point.

Your mindset on how you approach analysis is the most important part of your success as an agile BA! Agile BAs embody a mindset of value to users and collaboration with the team and stakeholders in everything they do!

I believe this is one of the most important aspects of applying agile when developing value to the customer.
