One pretty effective method I have found in my exploration, is to start training the model with data that contains mostly/all outlier values. At the end of this training phase, the model should have a very bad success rate, in that in most cases, it should produce results that do not apply to the vast majority of samples. This method can be used to further explore the outlier values in your test data set, since the model has been trained with training data that is biased to produce incorrect results. Then the outlier values can be discarded from the test data set, and now a new model can be trained with highly precise, correct result yielding data. This model can be used to find patterns with very high correlation to correct results.

AI at the end of the day is all about the data used to train it. Garbage in equals garbage out. There is no getting around this. Everything else is a waste of time if your data isn't great and verified.
