I agree with all of the above, and in my experience, most employees are excited about new technology as long as it will enhance their productivity and allow them to improve the experience of the client. Unfortunately, the understanding of full impact of new technologies is not always being made by someone who fully understands how new technologies will impact employees. I recommend having a good representation of end users to fully understand and prepare for the impact on the teams that you want to retain.
