Herramientas que ofrezcan informacion en tiempo real al operador es un punto positivo, de este modo podrás conocer el estado de tu despacho , asi como descargarte dichos despachos.

Cumplir con los requisitos Aduaneros y fiscales es esencial ... de hecho es una " obligacion" del contribuyente. El nivel de fiabilidad del operador para la administracion puede evitarte " dolores de cabeza" asi como un continuo seguimiento , ya sabeis, .... mejor pasar desapercibido con Hacienda. Un operador con estatuto/categoría OEA es la mejor opción sin duda, pues este cumple con requisitos exigidos para este nivel de fiabilidad.

EL servicio de antecion al cliente, para consultas y resoluciones : pre-despacho, durante-despacho, y post-despacho , te ofrecerá dicha fiabilidad. No todo se cierra cuando gestionan el despacho , poder obtener acceso post-despacho es vital. A tener en cuenta que la Administracion puede requerirte hasta 4 a?os post-despacho . De ahi que un servicio de atencion al cliente continuo sea considerado la mejor opcion en un despachante.
