In my role as an owners representative for construction management I see a lot of schedule submissions from contractors. Most important features like- Tasks, effort, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependents, cost, budget, and dashboard for teams and key stakeholders are readily available, preparation of the details schedule shall take input from bottom to top structure not vice-versa. There are some features like -real-time updates, along with photos and video with integration with assembling drawings for visual interaction (Power BI) are the key features for sponsors and skip level is key for the project manager's performance and KPI.
