I come at this as a mother of 4, a leader and adult educator. A key question is purpose. If the purpose is as a mechanism for explicit & implicit education, I would add a couple of elements around inclusion by way of accessibility. Does gamification in and of itself, broaden the audience who are able to participate and in so doing, create diversity of thought and experience which itself creates a positive feedback loop? I also reflect on need for e-safety - setting clear boundaries/etiquette and a mechanism to respond where this is transgressed. Lastly, pedagogically, the experience should build and allow users to develop analytical and synthesis skills through curiosity and challenge.
