Objective Statement: Proposition base on central theme with a key word to hang your rationale on: Every employee should build professional relationships at work because of three logic outcomes; Rationale: describe the 'logical outcomes' Resources: include stories, illustrations, props, equipment to be used during your presentation Evaluation: Answers the question: Did your presentation empower your listeners? How?

1. Subject: Define the broad topic you'll be covering. What is the general area of focus? 2. Central Theme: Narrow down from the subject. What specific aspect of the topic will you address? 3. Objective: Clearly state your goal for the presentation. What do you want the audience to know, do, or feel after seeing it? 4. Reason to Care: Explain why the topic is relevant and important to the audience. Grab their attention and make them invested. 5. Results/Recommendations: Present your key points, evidence, and ideas. This is the heart of your content. 6. End (Call to Action): Conclude by summarizing your main points and offering a clear next step for the audience. What action do you want them to take?

I speak quite regularly. Attending the SCORRE workshop in 2019, put on by Ken Burns and his incredible team, transformed the way I give my presentations. I use it when giving sermons and anytime I give a speech of any kind. I use alliteration for my RATIONALE. The first letter of each major point begins with the same letter. This improves helps the audience retain the info. I also include a "sticky statement" in my "Objective Statement". For example, "A present father is the foundation for a future leader because of 3 truths". First Truth...Second Truth...Third Truth.
