I love AI as a tool, but we need to always look at it with a grain of salt. AI is not perfect, and often I find it is surface level. Always approach AI as a brainstorming tool to help kick-start a process, but understand you still need to run through it to ensure it correctly connected the dots. AI is only as good as the information you put into it, and we're still working on it, so make sure to use your own expertise to take it and run.

I think the key challenge lies in keeping pace with developments so fast is the pace of change in these areas. The great thing about the present time is that literally every day something new is coming up somewhere that can be integrated into the trainers toolbox. Just saw on linkedin they've developed a tool whereby brainwaves can be read & translated to power robotics such as a robotic arm or leg...wirelessly! Think of the training applications! However, integrating the sum of these moving parts & stayimg relevant can be challenging since these r moving parts. U design a chatbot with a certain capability set only to find the capabilities have been enhanced.so its back to the drawimg board literally every day. But thats also the best part!
