Scenario planning is such a powerful tool that we dont use it often, unless its a strategic project, but I feel we should use it more for "what if" analysis in our regular projects as well. I have used it for risk management and is a good techniques to not necessarily to predicting the future spot on, but to be able to prepare for any curveballs. It needs a bit of imagination and some logic to map out 'what-ifs' and plan our moves.

Agile has become very prevalent these days but still let me add my spin on it. It is like a GPS for project management because It gives us the quickest path to achieving results. And we are able to do this by tackling projects piece by piece, and yet staying open to changing course based on feedback, and not losing sight of the goals with constant check-ins.
