Creating an easy to use report or file that everyone can use takes some time but helps the team. But there are more tools to be discovered. another tool that is very easy to use (in a basic way) is 1 of Linkedin called Sales navigator. It provided me with the structure of my clients firms, keeps me posted on the job status of my connections and helps me find the decisions makers that i need to contact. Invest in the time to find the right tool for your team creates a huge advantage in the long run.
