La evaluación del desempe?o y liderazgo en un equipo de trabajo parte de conocer y perfilar muy bien a cada miembro del equipo. Por ello, en el momento que existe contribución por su parte, es necesario saber dirigir muy bien las preguntas para comprender qué persona del equipo ha sido responsable de cada tarea. En ocasiones, recomiendo que ellos mismos comuniquen la distribución de funciones y tareas. Una vez identificado esto, la mejor manera de buscar su máximo compromiso y adherencia es, de un lado, el reconocimiento de su trabajo. De otro lado, proponer áreas de mejora. Si el equipo es competente, habrá buena disposición para mejorar. En mi opinión, ofrecer un feedback preciso y ajustado a cada persona es la mejor recompensa posible.
