One thing I've found helpful is time Management. Keeping discussions focused and managing time effectively during group meetings prevent opportunities for disruption. I do like to engage disruptive members by encouraging their participation in a constructive manner. I assign specific tasks or roles that can channel their energy positively. Also, confronting disruptive behavior calmly and directly, helps to focus on the behavior rather than the individual. Clearly communicate the impact of their actions on the group.
