Maintaining and repairing is definitely part of the day to day but on new machine builds there are often a lot of lessons learned through trial and error. Only so much can be simulated and anticipated. Improvements and even retrofits should always be considered.

Workshop engineers do not work alone. They collaborate and communicate with other engineers, technicians, workers, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project.
