This involves selecting venues that have indoor options, arranging for backup tents, and having a clear communication plan for attendees. Proactive planning ensures that the event runs seamlessly, regardless of the weather. Remember, in event management, it's not only important to have a plan, but also a program that can adapt to any weather conditions.

I also think it’s great to get involved (gets your hands dirty -‘s gold napkins if you have to!) and help where you can and learn as much as possible.
