A desired ideal, although not always realized, would be to be able to develop a content plan in a non-linear way. Where by posing challenges each student could draw his own map of knowledge, considering to these always as something circumstantial and historical products. As a cause and as a consequence, we would work on the critical capacity, autonomy and creative capacity of each student. In principle, we could say that there would be no wrong answers but different ways of walking and understanding reality. Obviously, each of these routes would have its raison d'être and, therefore, would have to be justified; so that could be able to communicate and share them to others and together with others.

I believe that an effective teaching strategy consists of three main components: 1) I do: This involves the teacher explaining the lesson concisely. 2) We do: Collaborative and guided practice, where students and the teacher work together to solve questions or complete activities. 3) You do: Students individually practice to demonstrate their understanding of the learned skills. I recognize the diverse learning needs of my students, and I employ a variety of teaching styles to ensure differentiation in the classroom. 1) Visual learners. 2) Auditory learners. 3) Kinesthetic learners.

Broadly speaking, the function of teachers is to help students learn by imparting knowledge to them and by setting up a situation in which students can and will learn effectively..

Evaluating learning is a key responsibility of a school teacher. A school teacher has to also evaluate their students. This process has to done throughout the whole year. Teachers can use all sorts of types of assessments to get the best evaluation of their students. Some assessments can be done during the lessons, while some can be done after the lessons. After evaluating their students, school teachers have to update the parents on their child's progress. They must make sure that they have a good relationship with the parents in order to be able to do this.

A memory that remains with me is my first day teaching grade 7 students. I had prepared what I thought was a perfect presentation. However, upon reflection, I realized that it might not have been the best approach. At that moment, I made an immediate adjustment to the lesson, making it more interactive for my students. This experience taught me the importance of regularly evaluating my teaching style and ensuring it aligns with my students' learning preferences. Though it's the sixth task, if you inspire the students then you accomplished all the other five tasks well. Because inspiring the students will happen once you deliver the content well with a well planned content which will meet the current need of the students through the teacher's continuous learning. Inspiring students will make them to be a life time learner. A good teacher will kindle the students knowledge and inspire them to achieve. The ultimate aim of any teacher is to inspire their students community. Their roles and responsibilities revolve around to inspire the learners.

Being in an institution where professional development is part of the culture is priceless. If it isn’t part of the culture, try to make it. Having reading clubs where you read professional articles together, having workshops on content areas or skills put on by your colleagues or outside professionals as brown bags, or ask your institution to provide time off or even stipends to attend conferences. Keeping up to date on methods of teaching is vital, but also on content. It also models the importance of lifelong learning to your students.

Todo lo que haga debe ser pensado en pro del alumno. Hay que tener claro el contenido, estructurarlo, planificarlo e investigar. Apart from sharing knowledge, evaluating learning, and working towards professional growth, teachers set examples for their students. They work towards instilling values in students. They have to inspire them , encourage them , guide them, be a source of light if they are stuck.

Inspiring students can in my experience be done, if we show them the latest innovation and how this creates value. Out of the box thinking and making this tangible.

Of course, teachers don't only teach. They also serve as role models for students, by setting good examples for them, and encouraging them to be their best selves. Teachers also motivate students and see their potential, and do not judge at all. They are there for the student no matter what happens. In my opinion, students should not be intimidated by teachers-- teachers are there to help and contribute to learning. Sometimes, a teacher is a student's best friend.

Teachers are observant and have a role to play in personality development of students. She can identify their strength and weaknesses, hence can inspire their talent. She herself can set an example or guide to enhance their creativity eg a child with good vocabulary can be inspired to become an author or write poetry. A child with good eye and art work can be inspired to join the art classes, appear for elementary and intermediate exams to master it, which eventually will enable the child to choose the stream of graphic design,, interior decoration or to be an architect. The words to boost the child's morale, appreciation can go a long way to develop their confidence that they too can do something. It's not just academics that matters.

Es nuestro deber principal encaminar a los estudiantes a encontrar la mejor versión de sí mismos, uniendo sus aptitudes y actitudes en un mismo hilo principal. De hecho, en cierta forma esta es el núcleo principal de la docencia; incluso cuando la teoría habla de la educación como un símbolo más frío y distante, en el mundo actual esto ya no es así. Ya no ense?amos para memorizar, ense?amos para inspirar y transformar la vida del estudiante desde sus propias habilidades y herramientas.

A teacher is so much more. Teachers do all of the above and more. Public education is meant to mirror society and as such, teachers are faced with larger systemic inequities in a microcosmic environment. Teachers must be flexible not just for academia'd sake, but also in terms of playing therapist, being In Loco Parentis (acting parent), cheerleader, truancy officer, specialist in the field, caring while firm, the list goes on.

We should not forget personal feedback. Every person needs feedback to help them deal with blind spots. Social skills are equally important so if a student reports bad behaviour to a teacher, it has to be passed on to the appropriate department and nipped in the bud before it gets out of control.

Apart from academic learning, teachers have to ensure the SEL i.e. the social emotional learning as well. Social emotional learning comprises of self awareness, self management, social awareness, responsible decision making and developing relationships. It is expected from the teachers that they design their strategies to make sure that the learning ensures all round development of the students including academic learning and SEL.

Teacher's duty doesn't limit to teaching these days. It's many roles under one title . Mother, mentor, friend, guide + lesson planning with activities to be conducted, maintaining the register with student's name, tally the enrolment register for correct d.o.b., d. o. a, father's name, spelling etc., maintain records of fees paid/not paid, call up parents for reminders. Make list of bus students according fill in details - name, address, bus no., blood group, alternate contact numbers, van students list. List students with special ailments/allergies, family doctor. Census duty & invigilate exams. She is totally responsible for child's SEL and personality development.
