Es incorrecto pensar que el Jefe de Proyecto "sabrá todo y de todo" normalmente el ingeniero deberá tener alguna especialidad o manejar bien cierta cantidad de especialidades, pero habrá otras donde deberá hacer uso de su amplio criterio para comprender desde un especialista la solución. Basado en su experiencia es que tomará las mejores decisiones y según ello podrá resolver conflictos técnicos y a nivel de gestión de recursos humanos.
