An internet support technician, also known as technical support technician or help desk support technician, plays a very crucial role in assisting end-users with their internet related issues . These issue’s may includes: 1) Troubleshooting technical issues. Such as diagnosing internet issues, connectivity, network issues, eamail setup and software installation. These technician uses software tools to diagnoses and identify root cause of many issues that relate to connectivity 2) They provides customer support over the phone, though emails support, and via live charts 3) Documenting and tracking issues.They maintain detail interaction and end-users experiences.
