What do you do if you're unsure about your career path?

ASK! Imagine you have a bunch of keys and don't know the specific key to open a door, asking will save you a lot of time. There are people who have gone before us or professionals with skills in helping you reflect, answer some of your questions, and help you navigate the right career path. The people are your mentors and coaches. This is one thing I have dedicated my life to doing and happy to see the impact.

If, after introspection, you find that your current career path is not fulfilling your aspirations, don't be afraid to explore new possibilities. Research alternative careers that align with your values, interests, and skills. Reach out to professionals in those fields to gain a better understanding of what their roles entail and what it takes to succeed. Attend industry events or workshops to expand your knowledge and network with like-minded individuals.

This reflective work can be focused on 4 main areas (the Ikigai method): - your passion - what are you good at - your mission - what you love doing - vocation - what the world needs and how can you contribute to that - profession - what can you be paid for Sometimes is hard to think through those all by yourself and you might need some help from someone more experiences or someone you really trust. it might be a mentor, a direct manager or a coach.

This way, once you choose a path for yourself, you will know how to get there sooner by working on things you can improve, but more importantly, by continue focusing on your native talents.

These feedbacks should help one to understand oneself, develop their abilities and strengths while working on the weaknesses. In the long run, one would’ve built themselves in a way that directs them to a career path.

Keeping an open mind is essential because sometimes the perfect path may be one I haven't even considered yet.
