Há de depender da narrativa a ser apresentada na entrevista, digo isso, pois há transi??es de carreira, aprendizados e ferramentas que por muitas pessoas só é notado ou aplicado em voluntariado em determinado estágio de vida, ent?o é importante considerar mesmo que um espa?o breve, pois o recrutamento ou lideran?a futura pode ter interesse em saber mais.
