Na minha opini?o se tornar um mentor, n?o é um status, nem um cargo, ser um mentor é uma responsabilidade, um mentor n?o é alguém que ensina só coisas que aprendeu em cursos ou livros, mas também que já vivenciou aquelas situa??es, e utiliza dessas experiencias para expressar qual seria o caminho mais assertivo para seus mentorados. Ent?o se você esta vivenciando dificuldades em ser mentor, se questione se é um tema onde você já teve treinamentos e\ou experiências que conectem com o momento do seu mentorado. Se realmente conectar respire fundo, se concentre e encontre em sua “caixa de ferramentas” a ferramenta mais adequada. E lembre, n?o é porque você é um mentor que você n?o deveria ter um mentor. é também preciso treinar quem treina!

Um bom mentor tem bons métodos, mas o mais importante de um mentor é entender de pessoas. Será que em sua metodologia você esta incluindo a identifica??o do perfil do seu mentorado, quais s?o suas motiva??es, maneiras de tomar decis?es, bloqueios, potencialidades e o que ele valoriza. Um bom mentor utiliza de métodos que inspiram seus mentorados a tomarem decis?es e atitudes por conta própria. Talvez seu mentorado nem perceba que você ajudou a conduzir para o melhor caminho (se a metodologia for eficiente), e se isso lhe incomodar você esta na “responsabilidade” errada. Entenda seu mentorado n?o vai mudar por você e sim por ele mesmo, e o que fica n?o s?o os elogios sobre você e sim o seu LEGADO.

La mentoría es una de las actividades más gratificantes y de crecimiento personal/profesional en el ámbito agroalimentario. Existen multitud de personas en las organizaciones con grandes ideas, gran visión medio-largo, grandes conocimientos técnicos que apoyados por una persona senior (expertise) que complemente y aporte gestión y compatibilidad con generación de negocio. Método, sistema, organización, proceso y sobre todo negocio se traduce en mucho más que sumar entre el mentor y la persona tutelada. Es una de las conjunciones con capacidad de generar mayor evolución y crecimiento en proyectos agroindustriales donde se utilice innovación, tecnología y digitalización... el talento ya lo aportan senior y junior en equipo
