Instead of starting right away with the most difficult task, we can make a list of all the important things to do 2. Colour it based on priority, deadlines, and time-consuming power. 3. Would not recommend starting right away with a lengthy task, but completing smaller tasks before and taking a small break after each task to get a sense of completion. 4. Make a rough sketch of the key message to be delivered within the presentation.

Effective time management is essential for productivity.Set SMART goals to provide clear direction and focus. Break tasks into smaller, manageable steps to avoid feeling overwhelmed. Use tools such as calendars, to-do lists, and apps to stay organized. Eliminate distractions by setting boundaries and dedicating specific time blocks for focused work. In my experience, missing a presentation deadline is easily avoidable and manageable in most cases. Instead of missing the deadline it is largely a matter of adjusting the content and extent of the presentation to match the deadline you have to work with. Then you deliver largely the same message with fewer or simpler slides. No one in the audience will notice the difference in most cases.
