Measurement relies on recognition goals and outcomes of intervention and effectiveness depend on measurable data and objectives.Determine theory behind concept,obtain scale and survey to measure concepts,gathering information about topics of intervention,consider evidence based practice, identifying components of intervention that are effective for clients and evaluate to know under which conditions is effective, focusing on essential elements, analyzing all factors related to the quality of interventions, using multiple and variety intervention strategies.
