What do you do if you're struggling to find your career passion?

Tener claro lo que nos gusta es muy importante. Sugiero hacer una lista de todas las actividades que disfrutas hacer aunque parecieran no tener nada en común. El día de hoy me dedico a lo que me apasiona y pude lograr mezclar mis habilidades para hablar en público, para estudiar, para escribir, para usar el arte en el dise?o, para escuchar a los demás, para hablar en programas de tv y radio, para dar consejos, ir a tomar un café, vestirme de la forma en qué disfruto, usar el tipo de ropa que va con mi verdadera personalidad. Así, te puedo decir que sí se puede juntar todo lo que disfrutas para enfocarte en lo que realmente amas y es tu pasión.

Start with exploring your values and what really drives you in your life. You can't fix the problem if you don't understand the reason behind it. Exploring your life values and understanding what you want in your life, what you are passionate about, will help you make a plan to bridge the gap between now and your desired life and career. This is a crucial aspect before making any next steps. Beware that sometimes you will need much more time to do so than a day or two or reflection. It will require from you a lot of self work and self discovery to explore true passion in your life that can be a part of your career.

Close your eyes, breathe, and take yourself back to the last time you did something that brought a smile to your face and joy in your heart. What were you doing or what were the events around it and who was around that event? What is your internal definition of success? If you still don't get anything, that's ok...ask yourself.."what don't I enjoy doing?" This should be based on the actions/behavior you are taking that no longer feel joyful not just a particular job or company. This list will get smaller until the first exercise of finding the last time you felt joy will be much clearer. I hope this helps. Slow the mind to allow clarity to set in when all else seems distorted and confusing.

Explore different career paths, industries, or roles to gain exposure to various opportunities. Volunteer, intern, or take on projects outside of your current role to broaden your experiences and discover new interests.

Embracing new experiences is crucial for discovering passion, despite the fear of the unknown. Experiment with diverse roles, volunteer for new projects, or explore unfamiliar subjects. Each experience offers insights into yourself and the world, potentially unveiling hidden talents or interests. Stay open-minded and patient; uncovering passion often involves trial and error.

Cuando estaba por tomar la decisión de dedicarme a ser Mind Coach, recuerdo que hablé con diferentes expertos en el tema de Coaching, de Inteligencia Emocional y de PNL.
