If you tried every trick in the book like making to-dos etc. try this. Go to a coffee shop pay for it and work from there. It works for me, when I am paying to come and sit and work and there are people around me who are working it motivates me or maybe a co working or a library where people are reading. We humans are a social creatures we are not designed to sit alone for hours at same place and work let it even be our home. It feels good for sometime but slowly its gets converted to our own created prison. Because the guilt that follows due to lack of productivity is insane especially when you have the skills and you know you can do great.

If you dont have a dedicated office or reading room at home and your doing WFB i.e. Work From Bed. STOP NOW!. Not only you will procrastinate but would also make your body weak due to bad positions on bed. A good hack go to dinning room or if you dont have that, go to your kitchen and work from kitchen as kitchen already have platform so you dont even require a table. Trust me it works. Try it for a week and let me know. Side note : if you dont have control on your eating habbits dont try this or you would just simply end up over eating with accessive sugar which will in turn make you even more slow and not willing to work
