From there, spend the TIME to set up each thoroughly. If it seems overwhelming, start with one then move onto the next. Once you're set up, remember to schedule the time to review, adjust and optimize! Time to work smarter, not harder.

Being fully remote early in your career as a real estate developer is challenging. While remote tools can facilitate?certain?tasks, being actively present in your development area is crucial, especially if you are the face of your organization or if your team is small. Direct interactions are necessary for tasks like zoning entitlements and community engagement.?The reality is that?being physically present helps build relationships and support far more effectively than video calls alone. I'm not saying you need to live/work on-site, but convenient access to project sites is essential.?For LPs or real estate investors,?being fully?remote is feasible. Some great tools are available to manage?one's?investment?portfolio effectively.
