The simple rule that helps others is to delegate to them immediately what others can do. Only then devote yourself to your specific tasks. You usually recognize quite quickly which tasks should be delegated and which tasks have priority. Just take a look experienced time manager over the shoulder. This also helps you to recognize and give sound reasons when you no longer accept new tasks and give a colleague the chance to prove themselves.

I would like to add one more point Try and minimise distractions like social media, unnecessary meetings during the days or times of intense work It helps in maintaining the focus and concentration on the tasks It even helps to manage time effectively Use time management techniques which can help to maximise productivity and focus during work sessions
