Todo lo de tecnología siempre es bueno chequear: conexión estable y rápida de internet, computadora, micrófono, cámara, si te sientes cómodo, audífonos y un espacio con buena luz, agradable temperatura y privacidad. Recuerda que como estarás mucho tiempo sentado, es importante prestar atención a que cuentes con un escritorio que tenga buen espacio para tus equipos y adicionalmente para el apoyo correcto de los codos en el mismo para evitar tendinitis (epicondilitis, T. Quervain o nervio mediano). También considera una silla ergonómica, donde tengas una altura adecuada, con un apoyapies y reposa espalda para evitar que estés con dolor de espalda o rodillas. Toma en cuenta la iluminación en la habitación y haz tus pausas ergonómicas.

Para pacientes y superiores utiliza un tono formal, y usa los medios empresariales o institucionales designados con el objeto de que cuentes con evidencia de tu trabajo. Con tus colegas, si existe cierto grado de confianza, podrías utilizar los WhatsApp. No abuses de los emojis, gifs u otras formas de comunicación que muchas veces podría prestarse a malas interpretaciones.
