I map out the WBS (work breakdown structure) to alleviate the finger pointing and review the project plan with the team on a weekly basis 4. I've learned to stroke egos that ultimately rise to the occasion and could potentially derail the project 5. Lastly, I determine early on in the project "what's in it" for each vendor and help set them up for success
