It is always good to keep yourself updated with the recent industry trends. You can read multiple news letters, product magazines, etc. to keep your knowledge up to date. You can also upskill yourself by learning in depth on the recent technological advancements like GEN AI, LLMs, etc

One of the blessing in disguise lay off's provide is the additional time to up skill yourself. Usually, while being on a job, we don't get much time to learn new skills, uplift ourself. Hence, use this time meticulously to learn new skills. To identify what to learn, one can do: 1. Market research on top new skills in PM domain. 2. Do professional certification from industry recognised institutions or online PM schools. 3. Revise the basics of the domain 4. Learn product design as a skill.
