What do you do if you're an intern in IT services and overwhelmed with responsibilities?

It is very easy to look at the big picture and let the pressure of a goal overwhelm you. At the beginning the pressure to impress can default into making your lead happy without any thought behind acceptance. The key is active listening, understanding what has been asked of you not what you perceive is correct and then to take that big picture and break it down into chunks that you can focus on while prioritizing those chunks. Take them down one at a time and before you know it things will become easier.

I tried to sort some crucial task that directly effected business continuity resolve them ASAP. later on resolve the routine issues pertain with low or medium risks.

I will define timeline to assign task and tried to resolve them accordingly. sometime we try to resolve the existing task more clearly but for this act may be affect our next coming task. so keep doing your task on merit.
