Don't panic, just take action. For me, the first step will be to identify your opportunities. We all have them, the difference between all of us is those who take action and those who do not because of fear or because they feel that is enough. The second action is to begin to address those opportunities or gaps step by step. You do not have to become an expert overnight, it takes time, but you will ensure a quicker change of what you see if you give one step at a time, watch videos, clarify your doubts, do some basic exercises and increase your knowledge. When you realise this, you will be above the average in knowledge.

Don't get overwhelmed by new tech. They also copy paste. All improve on similar pattern, and would be inspired by some existing tech. Eg C# was advanced version of java. When a new trend appears, see whose enhancement is is and relate it as next step. Eg if you know kotlin well, compare and see how different or similar it is with Swift. if you know RxJx, check how flow/event programming in Kotlin/Swift is similar. As a general trend, windows technologies are more developer friendly as compared to google. IOS would be the simplest, when overall architecture is considered, though language syntax may be weird.
