I will like to use the aspect of this collaborative article to emphasise that AI would forever have humans to catch up with! Cheers ??! Anyways, that's on a very light note! AI is a fantastic tech! Now back to business. Unlike the way it seems that training should be next after assessing needs, I strongly believe that getting the software should be precede training. For training to be efficient, there must be a medium to practicalise whatever you're being trained on. Most software enthusiasts will agree with me on this! You can also leverage on training videos and learning communities that many software companies provide as supports once you subscribe to their package.

in my experience this is what i did transitioning from2d to 3d BIM if i am light with workload its a win win i train my self then creating a portfolio in plant3d that you and my company use to market my skill set
