Comme dans tout autre domaine, le plus important c’est de faire le premier pas : reconna?tre que l’on a des lacunes. Ensuite, il faut les identifier. Aussi, dans un métier comme le n?tre, il est important de savoir quelle orientation l’on veut donner à sa carrière. Travailler dans la qualité? Dans la recherche/ innovation? Dans l’industrie alimentaire? Ou plut?t dans les politiques publiques? Il y a tellement de possibilités: savoir ce que l’on veut pour savoir où l’on va! La prochaine étape sera donc de développer des compétences en adéquation avec ses futurs challenges.

Once you know this gap, placing smart goals to reach the required level would be great. To evaluate yourself properly and reach the right level of self-awareness, you could ask yourself, best friends, mentors, and trusted contacts for feedback.
