Start pitching to group B to gain confidence and make your mistakes, so when you move to group A, you are well-prepared.

The problem and your solution should be your starting point. Be cognizant of your audience. If you are pitching to an agnostic investor, make sure that you explain everything in the most straightforward way. If you are pitching to a specialized VC, include more technical details (you can always include it as an annex). Highlight your competitive advantages and know your competitors. Overall, your pitch shouldn’t take more than 8-10 minutes so that you can allow enough time to go over questions and reactions. The more advanced the stage of your company, the investor will want to see more financial information. Remember, your pitch is a dynamic tool that evolves alongside your fundraising journey.

Work on your deck, but know that you'll be rejected a lot. That's totally normal. Perfect the deck based on each and every pitch. In time, you'll ace it.
