I've been in the EdTech game as an entrepreneur since 2011. Entrepreneurship is all about facing your fears head-on. But here's the thing: you've gotta start somewhere. Perfection isn't the goal; it's about taking action and learning along the way. Trust me, mistakes are inevitable. When my team and I were building Lanes, we stumbled plenty of times. Figuring out the tech, reducing bugs, keeping customers happy – it was all trial and error. But that's part of the journey. The key is to own up to your mistakes, learn from them, and keep moving forward. We have "failure nights" – a chance to share our entrepreneurial mishaps and grow from them.
