O principal foco é a aten??o plena do palestrante que deve estar concentrado na mensagem a ser passada durante a sua palestra, mas também focado no público que vai participar de sua palestra. Digo “participar”, porque a mensagem é transmitida de modo muito mais completo quando o palestrante olha nos olhos de cada pessoa, estimulando rea??es, respostas, identifica??o com o que está sendo apresentado. Eu já fiz mais de 5.500 palestras sendo assistido por mais de 1,5 milh?o de colaboradores de empresas que me contrataram. E aprendi a me sintonizar com o olhar e as rea??es de cada pessoa .O que é dito pelo palestrante precisa ser verdadeiro e de acordo com a realidade genuína, vivenciada por quem fala.
