Lo primero para aplicar lean es formarse. Buscar información, leer, asistir a cursos, aprender de expertos y sobre todo ver y entender ejemplos. lo siguiente es practicar. Empezar con una zona piloto, marcarse unos objetivos, marcar unos KPIs, estudiar el proceso con las diferentes herramientas disponibles y sobre todo y lo mas difícil, convencer a las personas. Early in my career, I was fortunate enough to obtain my Yellow Belt certification during my first few years in manufacturing. With the newly found knowledge and skills, I undertook a fundamental project that assisted with continuous improvement. Leadership in Lean often means that you have to lead random teams without having hierarchical power - this is by far more difficult, because you have to convince and motivate rather than just ordering a task. Of course these are the same basic principles you should use in hierarchical teams - but if you are just used to order than you will fail in random teams. Next is that you have to strengthen the early adopters rather than focusing on the eternal doubters - the majority of undecided fence sitters will observe this attentively :-)
