Keep a portfolio of your best work, a list of your positive feedback, a record of your goals and milestones, or a journal of your pride. Seek and accept constructive feedback; don't avoid or fear it. Ask for input from reliable sources such as mentors, peers, or clients and listen to it with an open mind. Compare and collaborate with others; don't isolate or compete with them. Find role models who can motivate you, challenge you, or teach you. Don't compare yourself in a negative or unrealistic way. Appreciate their strengths, learn from their experiences, and celebrate their successes. Embrace and enjoy the process; don't focus on the outcome. Have fun experimenting, exploring, and discovering. For me I've done a lot of personal (inner) work; inner child healing, and other forms of therapy to work through the sabatour "the perfectionist". I also explored ways my beliefs around my identity. Imposter syndrome totally distorts your view on who you are, your value system and your worth. Be easy on yourself and set new boundaries when exploring this new perspective on life as well as how your view yourself, inside & out.

For me I've done a lot of personal (inner) work; inner child healing, and other forms of therapy to work through the sabatour of "the perfectionist". I also explored beliefs i was holding onto from my (old) identity. Imposter syndrome totally distorts your view on who you are, your value system and your worth. Be easy on yourself and set new boundaries when exploring this new perspective on life as well as how your view yourself, inside & out. The boundaries are more so for you, so make more time for self reflection self exploration!
