In my experience as an applicant as well as an interviewer, there is one key ingredient you need to be able to answer that question: What are the top 3 issues that need solving by the person being hired for? Once you know that and combine it with the other 6 recommendations here you can position yourself as the best candidate and fit for that role authentically. Bonus to you if you include vulnerabilities about mistakes you made in the past and what you learned from them.
