What do you do if you're an AI professional facing tight deadlines?

From my experience, prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines is not just about choosing what to do first but also identifying what can be deferred or simplified without compromising the project's integrity. In the early stages of my career, I learned the hard way that trying to perfect every detail from the start can lead to significant delays. Instead, focus on delivering a minimum viable product (MVP) that meets the core requirements. Stress management lies basically in solving an equation of equalising scope of work with your experience, confidence and availability (what you have already and what a deadline is). If it comes to a disbalance, stress emerges. Think over which operand needs to be tweaked.
