Fostering inclusion is very important for a healthly work environment , work places with diversity of nationality, age, culture, sex ,... always brings innovative ideas, and unique solutions for each problem due to thinking always from different prespectives and different backgrounds.

Create an anonymous and open platform for feedback - invite all staff to contribute and get as personal as possible in your invitation messaging ?? Ensure that all corporate functions AND your people are fortified with a D&I mindset. Reevaluate hiring, training, and promotion processes to incorporate this vision effectively.
