Hence educating the team members on the different types of biases and their impact to hindering positive working relationships is amongst the first steps that you should take to address this concern. Take time to explain the details more specifically to the ones who may be knowingly or unknowingly engaging in these biases. Do approach them in a consultative capacity and do not reprimand them for their actions unless they repeat them even after the first few sessions. The objective is to have a health awareness and discussion to begin with.
