Just like flows, internal processes should be alive and evolving. My team constructs tenants to help us guide our involvement and direction with process but as new challenges present themselves we continually change and expand inclusion and scope of those processes. The overreaching need here is to keep the right people informed, whether it’s a large presentation where we ask people for feedback or specific training sessions. I’ve seen that internal tension builds from lack of proximity to workflows , the way to combat this is to continually reassess and reconsider visibility and process to include new stakeholders. Build trust and don’t be afraid of visibility, it’s a chance to provide context to your strategy.
