In my experience, we resolved problems as a team when our transportation crew's performance reviews indicated areas that needed work. In order to have an open discussion about the evaluation results, we set up team meetings and invited team members to voice their opinions about the difficulties they were having. We were able to identify the underlying causes of the problems and create focused action plans to address them by incorporating the team in the problem-solving process.
