2 Update your software

Besides choosing the right platform, software update, creating awareness about fishing, strong password etc. it is very important to make accountable for cyber related issued to ensure people are not lethargic and should know to separate the work related and personal activities in the social media and during usage of online platforms. Creating awareness on requirement of data management, implications of fishing activities, impact of data theft, how it becomes a breach with the Client contract etc. very important. Shall ensure signing a Non Disclosure Agreement in extreme cases with an awareness on breaching the NDA and how it can be legal battle under intellectual property law.

L'intégration d'une culture de sécurité au sein des équipes est cruciale. à cet égard, il est essentiel de sensibiliser et de former continuellement les mentorés et les mentors à reconna?tre et à réagir aux menaces émergentes. Ceci peut se traduire par l'organisation régulière de sessions de formation sur la sécurité, l'encouragement à partager les expériences et les le?ons apprises en matière de cybersécurité, et la mise en place de pratiques de partage sécurisé des connaissances. En cultivant une vigilance collective, on crée un environnement où la technologie renforce l'expérience de mentorat tout en minimisant les risques de sécurité.
