Think of this as sharing your favorite team project story, highlighting your role, the challenges faced, and how you collaborated to overcome them. It's like recounting a thrilling group adventure where everyone's contributions were key to reaching the summit.

I believe storytelling is the most effective way to showcase your teamwork skills. Share stories that illustrate: How the team became empowered. Your approach to encouraging and coaching the team to self-organize and establish their own working norms, rather than relying on external directives. How the team handled meetings, conflicts, and decision-making. Collaboration with external parties and navigating boundaries. Your methods for fostering continuous learning, whether it's developing skills, competencies, or fostering a diverse mix of talents within the team. You being a role model, the coaching, observing and analysing of the team dynamics need to be showcased with ground-level benefits and/or lessons.

I would welcome it when my Agile knowledge is tested in an interview. I would learn new things and exhibit my knowledge. I had such experiences in the past. By expressing the skill, one can build customer and manager confidence, which would be the best way to start the position.

It is very unlikely that you can take a textbook solution that you can drop into a workplace scenario and expect it to work. You need to take time to understand the needs of the business, the operating model and then pick and choose the elements from the agile frameworks you have worked with to determine what should be applied. Even then, it's about continual evaluation of the effectiveness and iterate to improve. This work is never "done".

In my experience, It has been useful do some new agreements when a requirement changes or the priority of it. The important thing has to be deliver value for our customers, not to execute our plan. To keep positive and the team engage, I would transparent the reasons why we are changing something o adapting the proyect.

Classic example of a Continuous Learning approach in an Agile team is cross-domain knowledge sharing, not only that but demonstrating acquired skillset by taking charge in our team members absence. Continuous learning is vital in today's fast-paced work environment. To stay effective, we must actively seek learning experiences, taking ownership of our growth. It's important to proactively seek out learning experiences. While it's perfectly acceptable to ask for help and support, ultimately, the responsibility for our own education and personal growth lies with us. By adopting a growth mindset and taking ownership of our learning journey, we not only enhance our skills and knowledge but also proved the alignment with the Agile core values and principles. So, in an interview, I would highlight which books I've read, which courses I've taken, the learning environments I attend, and what I propose for my future learning path.

In Agile, sprint retro meetings giving an opportunity to speak up what went well, what needs improvement and what actions to take for improvement. This process makes team to continuously improve and achieve team success .

In my experience highlighting the contributors to team work as well as the type of environment to foster team is a good start. Examples of where teams excelled because they shared a purpose, their roles were clear and they had autonomy to define the ways of work for the team also assists.

Talk about experiences they had, both the good and the not so good ones. Talk about the learnings they got from them, how they overcame failure and managed uncertainty. Talk about what they could do different to support their clients to achieve their goals, their differentiators, their value proposition and why they are what the client needs.

Agile was created to enhance software development through quick iterations and fast adaptation. One of the core values of the Agile Manifesto at its inception was "Individuals and interactions over processes and tools." We embraced the concept of Agile and developed a comprehensive process, complete with tools and a variety of new roles, making Agile overly complex. Agile is a great way to work if you use it from the initial core values vs the full set of rules have been set the last years. So, my advice is the that best approach to adopt Agile is to experiment and find what works for you. Dave Thomas one of the brains behind Agile, made a great talk around the subject and the topic "Agile is Dead".

When discussing teamwork, transparency is what comes to mind based on my experiences. I have collaborated with numerous teams, and those that prioritized transparency regarding their framework, objectives, working structures, and work ethics tended to be more successful in creating value for customers, stakeholders, and the organization itself. Transparency fosters clarity and cohesion, enhancing the efficiency of inspections and allowing for more room for learning and adaptation. Therefore, I believe it is one of the most crucial aspects of teamwork in Agile methodologies.

Be authentic, share stories of your own in your own words. Your learning may diffrent from others and it's ok to be different. Trust me learning path may differs but important is to be aligned with team goal.

Teamwork is tough in cultures in which top-down hierarchy is the norm of working. Team responsibility is perceived as "no one is responsible", despite an obvious lack with that statement. To the team it is QUITE CLEAR who made a possible mistake, and even if there are 2 candidates, that means their cooperation must be improved, etc. So the minimal unit of "team" is the one delivering, thus the minimal unit of "team" must not be a "group". The first thing about teamwork is Awareness of its value. Without it, you can work a lot of time for no results.
