What do you do if your team's communication is hindered by illogical reasoning?

So 1st of all we need to analyse what is the reason behind this illogical reasoning. There are times when people try to convince you of their own accords and for their own personal agenda or benefits. But we as a team need to find the underlying cause of the same and rectify it by taking a call in a wider forum where all the stakeholders need to be involved and then discuss about the same underlying cause. There are times when people will perceive you based on your experience as well, but nothing to worry about, speak to your seniors and your line manager, provided they have a better understanding about the situation and they will help you with your issues.
