In my view, engage directly is one of the good option and to encourage the team to use LinkedIn as a tool for your daily work. Motivating the team to share yours and the company success story with followers. At the same time, to lead the team to share a post, because by sharing you show up in the feed of people in your network! Direct contact with them. The more people share the posts, the more relevant LinkedIn sees this content, automaticly more engagement, more reach, higher visibility to our customers.
