Muitas vezes aprendemos muito com nossas equipes, converse com eles sobre os prazos atuais e quais s?o os problemas que eles enfrentam durante o processo. defina prazos com base no real SLA que sua equipe possuí e procure formas para otimizar o tempo da sua equipe.

I feel having an heart to heart discussion will definitely make a lot of difference . Trying to understand the gravity of the situation the team member(s) have got trapped in , emphatizing with the situation , guiding and motivating them will definitely uplift their spirits and also make us understand if we were missing any pulse somewhere down the line.
